Recipes including Boerewors, Biltong and Droewors are a family secret passed down through the generations.

The Business comprises of 5 retail shops, a manufacturing depot, wholesale department, corporate catering division plus internet sales, this is run from our headquarters based on Broadlands Estate, Romsey Hampshire.
